The Bremerton Empty Bowl Fundraiser, 2014

This was the year we were fortunate to be able to share more than any other year. The "day job" hours supported us being able to hold a special workshop for the community. We donated the glass, our time and our space and our guests donated a bowl to the event.  This project yielded an additional 61 bowls donated!

Original design by Jenifer Mistaria, created in the studio of Mistarian Roses. This was our art piece donation for the opportunity drawing.

There are a LOT of photos. We snapped "raw" (pre-fusing) photos, group shot, and then the bowl chosen to go to the fundraiser. Some chose to donate all bowls.

Additionally, we collaborated to donate 3 opportunity drawing pieces.

  1. Mayor Patty Lent
  2. Asa Langrell
  3. Mistarian Roses original
